Nonprofit Status
Braeswood Place Community Garden is a Tax-Exempt Organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
Those who contribute their time and energy to the garden will receive the garden harvest. Any surplus will be donated to the community at large, as well as to local charities and food banks.
